Risotto with mushrooms

First we heat the poultry broth.

Peel and chop the onion very finely, fry it in a pot with olive oil, until it is tender. We clean the mushrooms and add them, let them poach for 5 min. plus.

Add the rice and the La Vera Dulce Paprika, mix well until the rice turns color.

When the poultry broth is boiling, we add it to the rice, little by little letting it absorb it, until the rice is at its cooking point, then we add the butter and the Parmesan to taste, mix well, and salt and pepper , and remove from the fire.

We have 4 serving plates, we paint the bottom of each one with a little olive oil mixed with a pinch of Paprika from La Vera Dulce , place the rice on top and decorate with the basil.
